I worked for the NHS for most of my life, but have always been an artist. When I retired, I started a course at the ART ACADEMY in London, which has been an amazingly rewarding experience.

Here is a selection of pieces of my work, some of which go way back. But it concentrates on what is happening now.

Whilst on this course, I have been developing my skills under the watchful eye of some of the best figure and portrait artists in the country, so whilst I always painted birds and the landscape around my home, I have become more and more interested in painting people doing the things that make them what they are.
